About us
The Fig Tree Kennels & Cattery was previously known as 'Bicknacre Boarding Kennels'. As of March 2017 the kennels & cattery are under new ownership and have been re-branded by proud new owners, Nicola and Chris.
Nicola has a wealth of experience in animal care. She has practised dog behaviour for the last 10 plus years, owned a successful pet grooming business and runs a successful registered animal rescue.
Nicola & Chris have renovated the existing kennels, taking them from tired, broken concrete enclosures, to bright, clean and colourful units.
Extensive work and brand new additions will be evolving over the next few years.
The Fig Tree Kennels & Cattery is small, welcoming and very personal.
As a family run facility we can ensure the comfort and happiness of your loved ones!
We are accommodating, flexible & experienced.
Here at The Fig Tree Kennels & Cattery we welcome any breed of canine and feline, we have the relevant experience to deal with various behaviours and so we will never turn your pet away for being spirited!
We understand that not every pet has the same needs just because they are of the same species or breed. We are flexible and adaptable to their individual needs!
We want our guests to enjoy their stay here with us, so please do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you have any special requirements or would like to discuss any additional arrangements.
